ABOUT ME
My aim is to help people understand that health is more than just the absence of illness. Optimal health brings strength to the mind, body and spirit. The kind of strength to live a more fulfilled life, overcome its adversities and strive to become better versions of ourselves.

Health and Wellness have been a passion of mine since 2011 when I began pursuing a Masters degree in Pharmacy. Witnessing the extensive suffering those with long term conditions were having to endure, made me question the globally advancing medical system. Despite the increasing knowledge and access to medicines, there remains a decline in population health. I realised there had to be more to it and although research has indicated longer life expectancies, those people that are living longer are in fact living it whilst in a state of illness. I began to ask myself, what is the value of a longer life expectancy when paired with poor health and quality of life?
Personal research led me to the science of Nutrition which historically played an instrumental role in treating all types of illness. Implementing my newly acquired knowledge brought about significant results for family and friends, making it clear, that nutrition was crucial to good health. This led me to further my knowledge where I studied Nutrition with the College of Naturopathic Medicine which I graduated from in 2017. My studies here had seen me amass hundreds of hours of practical experience in clinical practice and I am currently a member of numerous medical boards including the British association for nutrition and lifestyle medicine. And since working in community pharmacy I have also become increasingly aware of the need for collaboration between prescription medications, nutrition and lifestyle medicine.

I myself, like many of you also struggled with my health in an experience which left me both physically and mentally depleted. A health crisis can hit at any time and its effects can be devastating to all aspects of life. Working with the right therapists, being proactive and practising preventative medicine can make all the difference.

I have always been a strong believer of personal growth and I will always strive to help people realise their full potential. I believe we need to reach greater heights and live more purposeful lives, but to do that we must first be well, and to be well we need to adopt a different attitude towards a better code of living.
